THURSDAY NITE TITANS
NOVEMBER 16, 2006
-XCW Owner and CEO, JW Sims was making his first appearance inside of a wrestling ring EVER. And who is his opponent, none other than multi-time World Champion & self-proclaimed King of the World, Jeff Jarrett. Just one week away from THANKSGIVING TERROR where entire literal future of XCW is on the line, Jarrett challenged Sims to get in the ring and face the man who was going to rip his company out from under him. As the match began, the ref sent members of Jarrett’s TNA and the SPSF to the back. Sims tried to avoid Jarrett, but eventually the two locked up and Jarrett was just humiliating JW. Then suddenly there was a loud sound of glass breaking and the crowd lept to their feet as Stone Cold Steve Austin strolled to the ring. He pounded on Jarrett until other TNA members ran out. Austin took them out one by one as well. First Christian Cage, then Nate Black & Frankie Kazarian, Then Angle, then Steiner, and finally he delivered another stunner to Jarrett and placed Sims on the fallen Jarrett and the ref counted to 3. Austin then let everyone know that HE was Mr. Sims’ chosen warrior and he would see Jarrett on Thanksgiving.

GOLDBERG[c] VS KURT ANGLE
This was Angle's match and maybe Goldberg's last chance to keep the XCW Title in XCW. Goldberg got a rather quick pinfall, just 11 minutes into teh match after a Spear from nowhere. The next 20 minutes or so ploded along as Angle used his Olympic style of wrestling to wear the champ down. Then Angle got the Ankle lock on. Goldberg tried everything to get out of teh hold, even grabbing the bottom rope, but Angle would not be denied. He pulled Goldberg back to the center of the ring and droped to the mat to lock the hold in tighter. Goldberg could not hold on any longer and began to tap. The bell rang and teh ref quickly went to the ring announcer. Angle was confused. It was announced that the timelimit had expired just prior to Goldberg tapping, thus teh winner and still champion, GOLDBERG!
MATCH FOR THE FATE OF XCW
JEFF JARRETT VS STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN w/JW Sims
This was a match years in the making, and it didn't disappoint. The two old-school wrestlers went to town on each other, neither holding anything back, but in the end it was interference from XCW Owner, JW Sims, that ensured a victory for Austin and teh end of TNA in XCW. XCW was saved.
